The sun was perfect, and my fro was popping! I took this picture while I was at work (Pacific Sunwear). The top and pants are both part of the Kendall and Kylie brand featured in the store. My back was out, so I paired the fit with a plaid button up dress from Forever 21, which I bought too small (on accident), so it will always ONLY be a cover up. Chucks pair well with any fit, and wearing them with boyfriend jeans is one of my favorite bottom-shoe combos! Due to the season, I chose to go with the white low tops.

NOTE: This is the extended button up featured in the first Raytio post!

Deep down inside, I am a tomboy. But, I always put a twist with my "tomboy look." The day before I took this picture, I got my hair colored for the very first time. I wanted something bold to match my personality and style without getting to crazy, so red it was. I wanted my fit to be fresh, of course, due to the new look, but I didn’t want to take too much attention from my hair. I was also skeptical about what colors to wear due to the color. So, I decided to go with white on white with a popping shoe. This is also a work pic. The Been Trill jersey came from PacSun as well along with the jeans. I bought the jersey in a men’s large, so I could wear it as dress to a concert a year before. The jeans were once a light blue denim that I decided to bleach to make lighter. For my kicks, I went with the Pumas-they speak for themselves.

Knee high boots are trendy and perfect for adding that extra sass to your fit! I must admit that I am obsessed with them. Lol. But, how can you resist? Besides the fact they may be a little uncomfortable, they are FIERCE! This is the main reason I decided to pair them with this outfit. I wanted to show that even though I'm a tomboy I could STILL swag with a chic and stylish girly look. We all know that denim matches any and everything. I decided to keep it simple with the top, even though it's not your typical denim shirt due to the white blotches throughout. I chose the shorts for numerous reasons. For one, they're checkered! I love anything with a checkered print. For two, they're high-waisted, which is my ultimate favorite. For three, they're black and white. It doesn't get any more basic than that! Once the two were paired together, it created a simple combo of mixing prints. When the whole outfit was put together, which was literally in 3 minutes, it was something new to me. Not because of the prints, but the simplicity of the colors. This is not common for RayLachae. LOL. To complete the outfit, I simply added a black band choker with gold, silver, and rosegold rectangular pieces. The shirt and shorts came from PacSun, and my heels were from Windsor.
